Momentum Plaza occupies more than 5,000 square meters of land, on the remains of the old hotel Jamaica, which was demolished and on which the new avant-garde hotel was built. It will increase the towns’ amount of commercial activity on offer, continuing the process already started by centres such as La Vila”.

The shopping centre is complete with 200 underground parking spaces. “Building the parking has been the most expensive and complex part” Hoddinott explains, “but a commercial and leisure square of this size and ambition cannot be achieved without sufficient and quality parking spaces for its customers”.
